High silica winding tape is made of alkali-free glass fiber yarn woven into a tube, coated with organic high-temperature resistant silicone resin and treated at high temperature. High silica winding tape has flame retardant, heat insulation, thermal insulation, electrical resistance, softness and other properties. High silica winding tape is mainly used for cable insulation protection in high-temperature places such as steel mills, smelters, glass factories, fire fighting equipment, large transformers and other high-temperature places.

High silica winding tape is widely used in high-temperature areas of power, chemical, metallurgy, shipbuilding, machinery manufacturing and other industries; cables, fluid pipelines, feed quick-change joints, rolling rollers, rolling mill cables, oil pipes in heating areas of metallurgical enterprises; cables, oil pipes and joints around sawing; cable covering of ladle cars and other fields. Silica fiber tape is made of high temperature resistant inorganic fiber, with a softening point close to 1700℃. It can be used for a long time in extremely high temperature and open flame environment within 1000℃. It has characteristics such as high strength, high temperature resistance, burning resistance, heat insulation and heat preservation. There are three kinds of high silica tapes: plain, twill and satin.
